September is National Recovery Awareness Month.
Run, walk, or just join our virtual community for the fun updates, posts and pictures! ROCovery Fitness’ 7th Annual 5K and X-Challenge is a celebration of fitness and recovery, and an important fundraiser for this life saving organization—and this year, due to the continued COVID-19 pandemic and mitigation protocols still in place for many, it is both in-person and virtual!
In just over 6 years, ROCovery Fitness has engaged over 4,700 individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. We provide a safe place for recovery of both mind and body, helping people rebuild their lives and rediscover their inner strength and confidence through adventure, fun, and camaraderie.
The ROCovery Fitness 5K celebrates the hope we find in recovery, and remembers loved ones who have been lost to the disease of addiction. Whether you are running for yourself, for someone you love, or for someone you've lost, we hope you will run (or walk!) for ROCovery Fitness!

All runners and walkers will receive a swag bag with a custom bib and race t-shirt!
Sign up by 8/20/21 for the option of a sport-tek race shirt! All memorial signs must be ordered by 8/31/21. We can't wait to see you at the event!

RACING OPTIONS
Join us to Run or Walk in person in Mendon Ponds Park on the nice smooth road course we will have marked out for you. Registration includes race t-shirt and swag bag.
Get a view of the beautiful trails in Mendon Ponds Park as you Run or Walk in person with us on the marked 5k trail course. Registration includes race t-shirt and swag bag.
If you live too far or would feel more comfortable walking or running in your own area, you can still be part of the ROCovery 5k via our virtual race option! With this option you will receive all of the race swag, run the race wherever you choose and submit your time! Registration includes race t-shirt and swag bag.
For the ultra athletic and competitive, join our X-Challenge which will include running our 5k while also completing 3 challenges along the course of varying moves such as squats, burpees and pushups. Registration includes race t-shirt and swag bag.

Our annual 5K is our biggest fundraiser of the year and one of the area's signature events for recovery from addiction. Your participation helps raise awareness and helps raise much-needed funds for ROCovery Fitness.
